Nourished by Nature - Ocean and Green
Ocean & Green founder Daneen Morgan

Ocean & Green founder Daneen Morgan educates us on the natural benefits of marine nutrition, helping us to optimise our health, vitality and radiance.

In an increasingly confusing health market, chances are you may be lacking in some vital nutrients and minerals, and not many of us understand the health benefits of marine nutrition – unless it comes to adding it to our garden beds. In fact, I am sure there are more people using seaweed to cultivate and nourish their garden soils than those who stop to think ‘could this be good for me too?’.

The 100 per cent pure and naturally rejuvenating seaweed from our southern coastal waters is the ultimate in superfoods – a raw product that has been used for thousands of years. Passionate about harnessing this natural, organic ingredient, I started Ocean & Green – a boutique marine supplement and skincare range.

Today’s modern lifestyle can often work against us, leaving us feeling depleted and lacking in our natural vitality. Our powerful marine-based range of supplements (Seaweed, Hemp and Seaweed, and Marine Collagen) are designed to support specific health conditions like thyroid and hormonal imbalances, as well as boosting general health; while our skincare range of oils, serums and cleansers are a natural way to nourish, treat and balance all skin types. If you’re looking for organic, powerful and effective supplements to support your general health and to be proactive with anti-ageing and increasing your vitality, we have you covered.

Did you know?

Seaweed is a rich source of minerals and vitamins. In fact, the health benefits of this natural, nutrient-rich product are hard to ignore. Its health-boosting properties make it especially beneficial for overall health and wellbeing, and can help you whether you have concerns around your weight, hormones, skin, joints, immunity, or are just seeking additional nutrients.

Studies highlight over 50 minerals and vitamins are found in this superfood – including iodine, calcium, potassium, manganese, vitamin B12, vitamin E, iron, zinc, sodium, omega-3 and magnesium. It also contains bioactive compounds (antioxidants and flavonoids) and phenolic compounds which help prevent and delay some types of cell damage, resulting in a powerful supplement that supports general health while being proactive with anti-ageing and increasing vitality.

Environmentally Ethical

Manufactured following ethical and environmentally sustainable standards with clean, natural, quality organic ingredients that are authentically New Zealand sourced, our range is also backed by science and research. Independent laboratories test our products’ nutritional profiles and analyse their microbiological properties so you can verify their benefits.

With growing confusion around ingredients like fillers and preservatives, we stand solid in the traceability of our range, making it easier for you to discover your best self.•
