Today at Lidl, the solution to control difficult-to-access devices at home, terraces and patios: these plugs for 12.99 euros

Posted on 6 September 2026

We live surrounded by electronic devices, so much so that sometimes we are limited in outlets and, furthermore, for reasons of space (or decoration) they end up installed in remote areas or behind shelves or sofas. To solve precisely this problem, Lidl sells a super practical plug kit for only 12.99 euros.

But what makes this pack of two plugs different? A detail that allows us to control them from the sofa without the need for Wi-Fi or complications, with a simple remote control. With this gadget we forget to install apps on our phone and they work even if the internet connection at home fails (I live in a town in emptied Spain, this happens often)

But it is not only practical for inside the house, this socket kit is ideal for controlling the lighting on the terrace or garden, as they have IPP44 certification that protects them from dust and splashes of water. They also have a protective cover for when we do not use them.

Despite what it may seem due to its affordable price, this plug kit has a lot of power – up to 3,680 W – which allows us to connect practically any device we have at home. Another feature is cheap smart plugs or low-quality adapters (whose power is limited to between 2,000 and 2,500 W). An invisible but very practical find that just landed at Lidl today.
