This bustling boutique is bursting with one-off pieces from big name international labels. Hand-picked by owner Lisa Willetts, most are next season samples ensuring each piece is a one-off unique item.

A beautiful mix of old and new, the racks of clothes are complemented by pieces from India, accessories, fairy lights and other quirky homeware pieces. With plenty to delight the senses there is always something different to discover.

Good Dirt Flowers


From fresh posies to custom bouquets made to order, Good Dirt Flowers sparks a nostalgic feeling to customers with lots of the older flower varieties appearing, and of course the resurgence of delicately dried flowers.


All flowers are locally grown and with most of their flowers picked daily their offering is fresh, long-lasting and seasonal. A variety of lovely curated botanical, artisan giftware can also be found here.


Experience the aroma and the overgrown rambling garden atmosphere that is Good Dirt Flowers.

Studio Dexterity


A new addition to the Old School Collective is Studio Dexterity. Established by Harriet Leonard, Dexterity is a not-for-profit social enterprise designed to support graduate artists into sustainable careers in the arts.


The studio gallery provides a space for artists to create, and an opportunity for art enthusiasts to purchase orginal art works and high-quality limited edition prints at an affordable price.


The artworks are complemented by a range of carefully selected giftware, candles, soaps and jewellery that ensures Dexterity has something for everyone.

The Office Cafe


The Office Café specialises in beautiful, simple food made with the freshest ingredients available. From old favourites like homemade pies, to bliss balls and Buddha bowls, they aim to have something for every taste.



Lucky enough to have amazing local growers who provide them with gorgeous seasonal produce, they enjoy trying new ingredients, and are currently incorporating hemp into their baking, salads and smoothies.


The café team is passionate about creating a welcoming place where people can come to relax with friends and family.
