It often happens that what is most trendy is not exactly the most comfortable (or what best suits our needs). But for once it seems that the fashion gods have sided with me and what I consider the best sneakers for walking a lot have released a model that can perfectly replace the Adidas Samba in my wardrobe this fall 2026.

These are the Skechers Academy Court Charm, a sneakers urban style with the low-cut silhouette and retro aesthetic that we like so much about the most classic Adidas but with a touch skater by suede overlays which gives them a lot of fun.
