Half Birkenstock, half Skechers: the most comfortable black sandals of the summer are at Lidl and cost less than 8 euros

Lidl has done it again: detect what we are looking for and create sandals that meet all our requirements, including the price. This time it is a hybrid between father's classic Birkenstocks and the most elegant Skechers. The result is a pair of stylish black sandals for 7.99 euros.

What's more, if we get picky, this H-shaped front part also reminds us a little of another icon, the Hermès Orán, but the thickness of the sole (a little chunky like the ones we wore in the 00s), does not allow us to refer to the poshest pair of sandals of all time.

The core of the issue is that these crocodile-effect Esmara in total black are a very interesting addition to carry in your suitcase: they seem comfortable and combine with our entire wardrobe (which prevents us from traveling with dozens of pairs of shoes). And all at a quite incredible price that we repeat because it doesn't seem entirely real: 7.99 euros.

The Skechers that Lidl is inspired by, on sale today

If your pocket allows you to spend a little more, it is worth investing in these Skechers with a shovel silhouette in black that we found on sale on Amazon for the modest price of 44.95 35.95 euros. We have no evidence, nor doubts that the quality (and durability) will surpass, at least a little, those of Lidl.

How to combine shovel sandals

And to take note of fresh looks that allow us to include our sandals, we keep an eye on Hollie Mercedes' feed. We would change the black bag for a carrycot that gives a more Mediterranean touch to the look and avoids that match of bag and footwear that no longer conquers us so much.
