Murcia Cathedral
Murcia is one of the most underrated cities in Spain and largely unknown to most tourists. However, it hides great architectural treasures, such as the impressive Baroque Cathedral, the 19th century Royal Casino with an Arab patio inside, the Plaza de las Flores full of terraces and fountains or the Santa Clara Museum, which still retains its character as a Muslim palace.
We also cannot miss the 18th century Episcopal Palace, with a façade full of Rococo details of French and Italian style, which seems straight out of the Renaissance. And, of course, the famous Bridge of Dangers, built in the same century as the palace. Go a little further away from the historic center to visit the Sanctuary of Fuensanta, a baroque temple with the best views of the city.
