The recipe step by step
We start by taking the sardines out of the can and placing them in a bowl with all that oil they bring with them. Then we add the glass of whole Greek yogurt and squeeze half a lemon over the mixture to give it a citrus touch that is always a must. Finally, we add salt and pepper to taste and stir everything well with a fork, while we mash the sardines to create a much more uniform type of dip.
The next step is to wash the cucumber well and cut it into thin slices. Once it is ready, we plate it with the sardine dip. If you want to elevate the final result even more, we recommend that you chop a little chives and place it as topping. This way you would be ready to enjoy.
